Louisiana law (Administrative Code Title 51:XII & Title 17:I) requires all water systems to have a cross connection plan, which includes a questionnaire and the utilization of a backflow preventer where applicable.

If you have not completed your questionnaire please do so immediately and return it to Creston Water System, P.O. Box 484, Campti, LA 71411. Forms are available on the website or can be mailed to you.  

Louisiana law requires CWS to disconnect service from any customers not in compliance. Creston Water System must be receive your questionnaire no later than May 15, 2021 to avoid distruption in service.
